Five YouTube Videos We Love

Since posting our first YouTube video on the 8 March 2012, we have enjoyed attending and filming some wonderful events. From giving a way a brand, spanking new VW Golf GTI from an insane rugby kick to helping achieve a delivery of 100 000 shoeboxes with the Santa Shoebox Project and even having a 3D mapping video made for our store opening, being part of the Stor-Age team has certainly been eventful. Here are five videos we posted on YouTube that still make make us enjoy what we do.

3D projection mapping
Talking point of the Stor-Age Table View opening was the 3D projection mapping display presented by Kilowatt AV and produced by Lucan Visuals. If you were not there and even if you were, this is worth a watch just for the amazement factor alone.

A successful evening enjoyed by all of our guests, included food, drinks and a treasure hunt. The scooter winners seems particularly happy, skip to 3:21 to watch his reaction.

Amazing rugby kick to win VW Golf GTI
Stor-Age gave away a brand new VW Golf GTI at the Cape Town Tens rugby tournament, as former Springbok rugby coach Nic Mallett's son Doug Mallett hit the crossbar with an amazing kick.


Santa Shoebox
Another year whereby we were involved with the Santa Shoebox Project. Such an amazing initiative to be apart of. We offered a few of our selected stores in Cape Town as a 'drop & go' facility for users who could not make the big drop off at the CTICC. We collected about 8000 shoeboxes in total and safely delivered them on behalf of of their donors. All the volunteers at Stor-Age thoroughly enjoyed the project and we cant wait for next year.

Ok, so this is really a two-in-one but we are very proud to have aired South Africa's first self storage TV advert. The tongue-in-cheek 'Idea' campaign aims to highlight simple and obvious areas in our life that self storage can solve.
