Season Finale The Color Run Cape Town
It's the 2016 season finale of The Color Run South Africa and Cape Town will be the final destination. Set to kick off this Saturday 12 November at 3pm at Festival Zone, Greenpoint Track, 11 Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Greenpoint. "Color Runners get ready in the start chute at 2:30pm, start gun goes off at 3pm to start The Happiest 5km around Cape Town. Each batch starts 3 minutes apart and you'll head off in each batch with approximately 500 new friends. It takes 1-2 hours to run or walk the new route and then into the festival zone where you will enjoy music from awesome DJ’s, local acts, best-dressed competitions, food and drink and you guessed it, more rainbows!"
As always the Stor-Age crew will be on hand for a Color Wall blast from our unique Color Canons, so be sure to find the team and get your shot of color. The event was a complete sell out and fortunately a further 1,800 tickets were made available, however these are flying out and space is limited. Tickets start at R250 and more information can be found on the official The Color Run SA website. So what do you get with your ticket purchase other than the most epic rainbow run on the planet? Please note this message from the event organisers. "Only ticket holders and registered children wearing offical numbers / wristbands will be permitted to attend the Finish Festival. We are capped on our event limit for the safety of the event and the runners. This is not a free event.
Free children under 10 - update. We have sold out of all free entries for children under 10. We have allocation for all children already registered on our booking systems. Parents who bought tickets before 24 October and haven’t added their children under 10 will be able to register them at race pack pick up. All tickets bought after 24 October do not qualify for free entry of children and all children running must have a valid runners ticket."
